Real Life Breyer Horses: Smokin Doubledutch

July 2, 2015

They often say, ‘Big things come in small packages’, and Breyer’s latest little pony certainly proves that true! With a ton of pizzazz and style to spare, this little pony is sure to excite just about anyone!

Smokin’ Doubledutch is a 13 year old Quarter Pony that stands only 54 inches tall. This little mare might be short in stature but she makes up for it all over the board. This versatile little pony has earned titles in halter, English, trail, driving and equitation in her time in the show ring and overall high point Quarter Pony or reserve overall high point an incredible six times. Not only that, she was honored in 2009 with a Supreme Champion honor for all of her titles across disciplines! ¬†She also holds registration with not only the Quarter Pony association but also with The North American Sport Pony Registry, The Pinto Horse Association, and The American Paint Pony Registry!

You might be guessing by now that Smokin’ Doubledutch is a paint horse, and you would be right! Her bold bay pinto pattern is a stunning example of the paint pattern with it’s deep mahogany color and bright white patches. She’s been created on the Cantering Welsh Pony model who’s fierce determination and sleek look have been a favorite of collectors for many years.

Golden Oak Stables welcomes a little pony with a lot of power, and you can welcome her into your stables too!
